PROFESSIONAL REHABILIATION SERVICES:

At Cogburn Health Rehabilitation Centers, we provide intensive short- and long-term rehabilitation programs. Our goal is to maximize each resident's functional ability through the expertise of highly-qualified rehabilitation professionals, use of state-of-the-art equipment and provision of a restorative environment which encourages physical and emotional healing. Our objective is to get each resident up and going and living life as independently as possible. Our short-term program provides an excellent bridge to gap the transition from hospital to home following illness or injury, and our long-term programs ensure that each resident achieves and maintains their highest level of physical functioning.
