ROBERTS LANE
(Located in our facility at 148 Tuscaloosa Street, Mobile, AL)

Roberts Lane is a 40-bed secured dementia unit dedicated to the care of Alzheimer's and dementia residents. Licensed Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and Activity Aides (who are also Certified Nursing Assistants) are trained and equipped to provide the highest quality care to this special residential population. A secured outdoor courtyard is available for Roberts Lane residents only. Activities and events are tailored for each individual's level of function. The unit was decorated following recommendations from representatives of the Alzheimer's Association.

A typical day at the center includes various indoor/outdoor activities, music therapy, pet therapy, horticulture therapy, and intergenerational programming. Participants also receive lunch with morning and afternoon snacks. Community organizations, businesses, and schools have the opportunity to provide activities or entertainment at the center.
